The Construction Education and Training Authority (CETA) hereby gives Notice to its constituencies; organised employers, organised labour, construction sector functionary Government Departments, sector professional institutes and Councils, and other key stakeholders within the Construction / Built Environment Sector; of the 2024 CETA Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The AGM will be convened in terms of Clause 15 (1)(c) and (d) of the CETA Constitution to consider and adopt the
following mandatory documents:

• Annual Report of the Accounting Authority’s affairs for the 2023/24 financial period.
• Audited Annual Financial Statements of the Accounting Authority for the 2023/24 period
• Reporting of the Auditor-General on the Accounting Aurthority’s Affairs for 2023/24 period.The CETA’s Annual Performance Plan and Budget for the 2025/26 financial year, plus the Draft CETA
• Strategic Plan (2025/26 - 2029/2030 term), for recommendation and approval by the Director- General of the Department of Higher Education and Training.
